Shipping & Returns
Shipping: All orders received by 2:30pm EST will ship same day.
Warranty: All parts are covered under warranty for a period of one year from ship date.
Warranty Policy: Should a part fail within the warranty period, an RGA form needs to be submitted and is to include customer information, order number and cause of failure. An RGA and pre-paid return label will be provided. If part is deemed defective, a credit will then be applied towards the original order for the parts plus freight charges. Please note, credits may take up to 2-3 weeks.
If a replacement part is needed before the RGA process is complete, a new order will need to be placed by the customer.
General Returns: HVAC Parts Direct will only accept returns within 60 days from shipment. If parts are received within 30 days, there will be no re-stocking fee. Returns received 31-60 days after shipment are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Customer is required to pay return freight charges.
If HVAC Parts Direct makes a shipping error, a return label will be provided, and no re-stocking fee will be applied. In this case, HVAC Parts Direct will ship the replacement part once the incorrect part is received. If a replacement is needed sooner, we recommend placing a new order and we will apply a credit to your account once part is received.
All returned parts (except warranty claims) must be received in original packaging and in new condition for credit to be issued.
